RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. ma’am Is your child having vomiting issues also along with diarrhoea and fever because of all the things are together it would be a sign of stomach upset or infection so it would be better for you to consult your paediatrician immediately as he would be able to suggest you the right medicine for it
