hii all my son is 22 month old he got suddenly fewer and cough any suggestions for food as he is not eating stall whatever he eat he came out with vomit please guy please help me with this

A. the child might be having fever with gastritis due to which the child is having vomiting. you can give vomiting medicine like syrup ondem 3.5 ml to the child and after vomiting stops you can give paracetamol and easily digestible food
