Hello Dr my son is one year old and from few days he is grinding his teeth.

kids tend to grind their teeth because of irritation in gum pad area due to erupting teeth during the teething phase.
other reason might be worms in gastrointestinal tract. please consult Pediatrician for proper evaluation.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello this could be due to the teethin irritations or your child could be habituated into this and you can just distract your child and the baby will be able to get rid f the habit and any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor and also massage baby gums
