Hello dr my son is having 102.7 ..range from yesterday evening....I gave dolo 120 ..5ml five hrs once .it is not reducing...what to do

If it is not reducing anyways it is a very high fever you should visit your paediatrician and also I would like to tell you for a 10 month old child 5ML is excessive over the dosage of the medicine that you are giving to the child and right now I would recommend you either you visit to the hospital immediately because one 03 is a very high fever as you can go ahead with cold sponge if it helps in reduction of temperatureWrite Your Answer Here
