Hello Dr my son is 1year 4 months old but has not started speaking...when he wishes only then he babbles not even he says muma papa frequently.

A. Ok I would like to see you just have to check if your child is understanding every think that you are explaining and if your child is understanding everything properly following all the instructions then it is not a problem some kids pick up by the age of 2 to 2 1/2 years as well
