hello dr my daughter is 6 months old and after pregnancy I got my first period now do advice me some birth control pills which is safe becausy my daughter is on my feed

As you’re breast-feeding your baby you have to start on progesterone only pills but there are a set of conditions that should be met before they’re started and there is a particular pattern that you have to follow because even the slightest mistake it might cause accidental pregnancy.
