hello Dr my daughter is 3 years old and she eat dust and sand please tell me what I can do for

A. It mostly is a calcium deficiency which is very common to be seen with kids further I’m just going to recommend you to start giving a proper supplement to the child under the guidance of your doctor and further if there’s any other supplement to support that the doctor would be able to help you correctly on that
