hello Dr my daughter is 3 month old I am breastfeeding mother... I have little cold and cough dr prescribed me some medicine... 1) ATM 250 2) Nasoclear cold tab 3) mega reflaxon 4) Rantac300 it's safe to taking these medicine while breastfeeding.. it's not harm my baby??

A. no problem take the medicines and continue to breastfeed the baby Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
