Hello Dr My daughter is 1 year 3 months old Since yesterday she has got cold and fever She has a running nose and eyes and also she has fever… only her hand and feet are warm Please help She is not able to sleep

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congesdtion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhcalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
