Hello Dr. My daughter has cold n cough......I gave her Mustard oil massage at night..but still she is sneezing and coughing....also i using saline nasal spray...

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. do it continues daily.. stick to the good home remedies like steaming, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops..
if no improvement, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far over night (and when she's sleeping)
keep her well hydrated by giving her breast milk frequently
