ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear ma’am, fussy eating has become an universal issue for most parents. Need not panic. Kids outgrow this phase slowly. Patience and perseverance is all we need. Avoid all sorts of distraction when feeding. Encourage self eating habits. Let the kid decide when to eat and how much to eat. Offer only home made healthy foods (3 meals and 2 snacks). Avoid all packaged foods. Do not force feed. Reduce the quantity of milk. Promote positive thoughts about foods.
