hello dr. my baby is 4.5 months old. previously she was smiling when wake up also and smiling at us (parents) but now from 4-5 days she is not smiling even when we talk to her and not sleeping well at night N day also. but she is all active and responding sound and light and playing with making screechy noises. is it normal??
