Hello Dr. My baby is 2 montg, he has dry cold and takes a lot of limbs,and cry more what to do

A. hi dear Other speech disorders include apraxia and dysarthria. Apraxia is a motor speech disorder caused by damage to the parts of the brain related to speaking. Dysarthria is a motor speech disorder in which the muscles of the mouth, face, or respiratory system may become weak or have difficulty moving.
