hello dr...my baby is 2.7 ..she is 13 kgs and 93 cms....she is dng good but she dont eat spicy food much ... whenever i force feed ,her tongue becomes red ...water comes from her eyes.... recently i observed small ulcers on her tongue and in two days ulcers went off by own without any medication... does she have any deficiency........other than that she is very active

A. Hello mom if these medications are been very frequent then it is better to consult and take medications accordingly you can give the child iron and vitmain b 12 foods in their diet . also make sure that she is taking enough fluids
