#AskTheExpert my baby girl does not likes baby food she likes spicy food that we eat is it good for her she is 13 months

A. hi parent please avoid excess salt.and spices please avoid excess oil and maida items as well take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
