A. Once in a while, cerelac can be given. But it is better to give home cooked meals. An 8 months old baby should be given 3 solid meals along with atleast 2 sessions of breast feeding or formula feeding. Give fruits in pureed or mashed form. Steam vegetables and offer them in pureed or mashed form.
