hello Dr my baby boy is 4.5 months old...he is on bm only...his current weight is 4.3kg and birth weight was 2.4kg...from last few days he is suffering from diarrhea...and that from last night he is doing green potty...Dr has recommended neopeptine drops but the motions are not in control what should I do?

Your child is little underweight because it should be at least 4.8 by completing the age of four months and more by 4 1/2 months approximately 5.2 kgs further more I would advise you to start giving Entrogermina to your child to control lose motions because the medicine that your doctor has given is just for digestion issues
