Hello Dr, Meri baby ka birth weight 3.2 tha and abhi after one month 10 days it is 3.7 she is exclusive on breastfeeding is it okay or if less what should I do?

It seems to be fine, as baby in the initiall days after birth they tend to loose some weight and once they regain their birth weight they would start to put on weight,
so monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg abd by ageof 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight,
