Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sittfing posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple paidn you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

See in the initial time the back pain can happen but that is mostly due to epidural but since you have delivered such a long time back I don’t think so that epidural audio C-section delivery would be responsible for that now I would recommend it to ones get it checked with an orthopedic oneWrite Your Answer Here
