Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. if the child is 10 months old is having some white patches over the face it may be pityriasis Alba but still it would be better if you you ask your doctor regarding this doctor will guide you properly and then accordingly you can decide for the management for this thanks
