Hello dr. Mera baby 3 years 3 month ka h.Aur wo word bolta h kuch sahi aur kuch word clear nhi bolta .sentence mai nhi bolta only word .word clear na bol pana kya reason ho sakte h ?Mai speech therapy karwa rahi hu.But speech therapy kitna karwaye aur kitna time lagega .plzz suggest mai kya karu .dr ne toh speech aur ot bol diya h but kitna karwaye .wo meri sabhi baato kuch samjhta h but bol hi nhi pata clear se.please help

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for proper fluent speech you need to wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible in your spoken language and involve the child in language learning activities using audio-visual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will nKalso be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children by age for this. . .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. It Text good amount of time for a child to pick up his speech therapy in the meanwhile I’ll advise you a lot of times a delay of the speech can be due to some not proper development of vocal glance if you want you can go ahead with a homeopathic treatme
