hello Dr I want to reduce my belly.. I am doing exercise but it is not reduce it .. my delivery is c section.. it's just 85 days has ruined.. that we any diet to reduce . give me some tips

A. it will take time to reduce the belly fat gradually you can increase the intensity of exercises take care of your diet restrict sugar and sweet intake avoid oily spicy food keep yourself well hydrated
