Hello Dr, I missed my periods for 1month 20 days now I got periods, a big size clot passed out from bleeding, how can I know weather its a miss carriage or not

A. can be a sign of pregnancy too. please consult your gynaecologist immediately for proper examination and do all routine investigation required including ultrasound scan to see any gestational sac and pregnancy
