Yes mostly is mostly it is said that the C-section stitches take about 6 to 8 months to heal completely So one so you should get a check with your gynaecologist because that we surely can give you an assurance weather here doesn’t stitches are healed completely or not and after that if you want to start with any workout you can go ahead with that so
