hello Dr I'm a mom of 14 months old baby. before my pregnancy I used to do aerobics, and now after 14 months of my pregnancy (I had C-SECTION), I'm feeling so uncomfortable with my workouts, and after workouts I'm feeling fatigue and some baby blues... what can be the reason for this what can be the reason Dr. should I consult any Dr or nutritionist??

A. now you can start any type of this workout as thats the way yiy will lose weight. try to eat well as and take more of fruits and vegetables. too ok.
