Q.

hello Dr I m 22 week pregnant and my bp is high my doctor has given me hbp medicine I m taking it regularly then also sometimes it shows hbp so my Dr has suggested me to change my salt and she told me to use himalayan salt.so can I use himalayan salt??

A. yes for sure. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Yes Himalayan salt or rock salt is anyway is much better than the white and regular salt that you are using so yes if your doctor has advised you to change the new change and also do not take too much of stress tried doing meditation and yoga a little bit to calm your nerves and senses down
