A. Hello dear parent! Rest well. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Consult your doctor for further assistance.
