Q.

hello Dr.. I had my DMT test on 16 may( hcg, free beta= 133, papp-a= 0.77... trisomy 21 risk ratio was 1:64.....while my NTNB scan( NT= 1.5 mm, NB was seen visible)... should I need to worry and go for NIPT test or Amniocentesis test?? for further investigation

A. Hello dear parent, since you are pregnant , it would be better to stay in touch with your gynaecologist. As I am not a doctor so I would not be able to guide you much on it. Doctor ''s intervention is must here.
