hello dr I got c-section delivery 2months n 20days before but still using toilet chair because m not comfortable in Indian toilet I try today but my knees got alot of pressure n back also when I will b able to use indian toilet m worried π about my this issue please help

It will take longer for you because you will be undergoing lots of hormonal changes and it is better that you avoid the Indian style of bathroom until six months after surgery because that will put unnecessary pressure on your abdominalWrite Your Answer Here
