#AskTheExpert I had c-section delivery 2 months 20days back. What can I do to reduce my belly?

A. tell you complete 3 months you should not go for heavy workouts at present you can go for daily walking which will be beneficial after about 4 to 5 month complete you can start heavy workout to reduce your weight

A. Hi you can stzrt exercises if your fit. try to start with some basic exercises like walking. Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial.Have a balanced and healthy diet. Try to Avoid carbs and sugar to reduce weight faster. Both diet and exercises wil' on'y help in weight loss.
