Hello Dr, I am mother of 9 month old baby, now a days i am feeling very tired, like back pain, feet ache, corner ache also both hands pain. overall I did my diet in average. But why its happen in this days. Feeling very tired, so please help and prescribe medication.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. many times this can occur after pregnancy so that's why it is important to take all the supplements like calcium vitamin b12 vitamin d iron folic acid which will help in normalising the body and also go for regular walk and physiotherapy for Pranayam and yoga
