Q.
I feel pain in shoulders that radiate in arms . Sometimes my hand ache . I don’t have neck pain . Can this be a sign of cervical pain ?

it could might be result of bad posture , nutritional deficiencies etc
so please maintain good posture.
do some stretching exercises
take Healthy and nutritious diet.
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
try heating pad like Babyhug heating pad to get relief in pain
