Q.

It's been 1 and half month of my delivery.... I didn't feel any back ache or leg pain on my first month but now am feeling pain on my thighs and ankle and lower back whenever I sit I can't stand quickly.... Also feeling pain on my shoulders and arms.... Is this normal?? How to treat this pain.... I can't sit without back support now...

A. take calcium supplement. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Hello dear parent, this is absolutely normal. Do nkt worry much. Just take your supplements on time like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. As due to breast feeding, ladies loose calcium out of their body leading to wreaking of bones. But if this is nkt the case then get yourself well examined by the gynaecologist.
