hello Dr, I am mom of 4 year child. for the last 3 years the cycle of my periods has changed every year drastically from 28 days , 25 days and 20 days respectively. I am not consulting Dr yet. also I am facing severe hair loss. allopathic medicine won't suit me. any Ayurvedic or natural remedies are there to address this problem
