Hello Dr, I am 37 weeks pregnant and recently has undergone a Fetal growth USG with Doppler study of umbilical cord. In the report Radiologist has reported Coarse echoes floating in amniotic fluid... What is this...?? Doppler study is fine,FHR is 156 BPM, weight of baby is 2.8 kgs, placenta is posterior grade 3 maturity. EDD is 11.04.2021 My Gynaecologist has given 5.04.2021 the date for C Section. please answer if everything is fine

I don’t think you have anything to worry about.
In a few pregnancies there might be some vernix caseosa,the thick coating covering the baby floating in the liquor.
As the rest of the Doppler is fine you need not worry. Keep monitoring the babies movements
