Hello Dr I am 25 years old and I got first 2 missed abortion then after I have a son who is 3 years old .After then I got 2 more missed abortion bcoz of no heartbeat of my foetus. In first scan everything is normal after 7-8 weeks the scan show no heartbeat of my foetus. So could you pls tell me the reason why it happen so and pls tell me what should I do for before planning for my next pregnancy??

A. see a lots of tests are neefed if you want to se tge cause of it.you can do karyotyping.See you can try to do a full hormone profile if its nit better in three months. Make lifestyle changes as well
