hello Dr I am 17 week pregnant I m already having veggies and fruit but what more should I add to my diet plz suggest

A. as you already are having vegetables and fruits you should not be worry too much try to have fresh curd and paneer in your diet so that that digestion system will remain normal and keep on doing little bit of walking keep yourself well hydrated
