Hello dr good afternoon..Dr my daughter had given BCG+ vaccination after birth and now she's turn 1month n 5days but still her arms is red n sore ..What to do dr??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. The presence of the abscess tells you that the immunisation is working. It is not at all painful for your baby. Don’t try to scratch or treat. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it is Common to get it after BCG Vaccine but as it has been long time , better to check with your pediatrician for once. try cool pack on this. dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes keep that area clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes
