eat low calorie diet.
reduce your sugar and fat intake.
drink lots of lukewarm water
walk regularly .

Yes you can use a belt after delivery but I would like to clear a doubt over your wish a lot of women have they think that they’re going to lose on to their stomach as soon as they start wearing the bed but that’s not the use of that when the belt is just going to keep your stomach in place so that it does not become more saggy over the periodWrite Your Answer Here
