hi all, I'm mumma of a 1yr baby, had normal delivery, didn't used any belt after delivery. may I use it now, whether belt has any effect in reducing tummy even after 1 year?

Deepika GuptaMom of a 15 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hello. the effect of belt is more immediately after delivery when the body is into getting its normal shape back. if you use belt right now it should give you support to your back. tummy tucking will be at a very very slow pace
