Hello Dr. can I take moringa powder for increasing the breastmilk.Is this really effective to increase breast milk?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, moringa leave powder hel to increase breast milk supply in couple of days.
Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter. oats, milk, nuts also helps to increase breast milk.
