yes you can give curd to your child in summer it should be given daily
3 meals and two healthy snacks
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
add ghee to food
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer but if the baby is active then it is usually not a problem and give your child well balanced nutritious food in the diet .. you can include fruitd and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products which can help in the growth of the child
