Hello Doctors, my kid is of age 7 Years, i am planning to give her plant based milk (like mixing Almonds, Cashews, Pista, dates, Walnuts extracted milk), by completely avoiding dairy milk. Please suggest.

A. dear mom. yes can give plant base milk.. no worries.. equally give him well balanced diet inckuding all food groups. take care n all the very best. !
