hi can we give handful of nuts to 3-4yr old babies! like 3-4 soaked almonds, cashews, pista & 1 walnut

A. Yes you can, Babies are prone to anemia, particularly between the ages of 9 months and 24 months. Supplement a baby's diet with dried fruits like raisins or apricots to provide a sufficient amount of iron. Finally, some dried fruits have been shown to have a protective effect on bone formation.
