Q.

Hello Doctors, my baby turns 6 months. I saw some of the websites about typhoid vaccine should take on 6months and some websites showing that typhoid vaccine should take between 9-12 months and also some of the websites showing typhoid vaccine should take above 2 years of age. I am confused with all of those. can you please suggest what is the ideal time to take typhoid vaccine. Thanks in advance..

A. once baby complete six months of age baby is due for both flu vaccine and typhoid conjugate vaccine since these two vaccines are optional vaccines you can take them from 6 months onwards you have to take a booster around 2 years of age
