Hello doctors , My baby is 10 month old she got pimples but not in red colour and also she don’t have pain or itching but little bit spread over thighs face and back hip area …kindly suggest to overcome on this..please find the attached photo

The Attachment is not visible to me if I would you say if it is spreading that means it is some kind of an allergy or rash on the body it would be better for you to get it assessed with the paediatrician or a dermatologist ones and go ahead with proper medication for the same
