Hello doctors….I’m a mother of a 2years 8months old baby…still I breastfed my baby..should I take whey protein powder.

First of all it’s important that you put on your breast breastfeeding we need to take protein you have to check with your doctor if your doctor thinks it would be important for you to take it then you take it otherwise try to stick to more of natural proteins
