hello doctor.. today i found red rashes on my baby's whole body Don't know how.. i had covid vaccine the day before yesterday, does it allergic to baby due to vaccine.

no
it might happen because of dry skin, allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics,heat or sweating or infection.
so please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room
apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on rashes.
avoid using any cosmetics.
