Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi seems like heat Rashes you can apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on this or you can apply thin smooth paste of coriander leaves on it prefer Cotton clothes for your child, avoid tight clothing
