hello doctor. This query is regarding my 2 year 1 month old son who is suffering from cold and cough from sep,he was suggested clamp antibiotic on 21 sep which was 5 days course,he was ok for 2 weeks then again started with same symptoms,again doc suggested clamp kids forte on 12 oct which was again 5 days course.He was fine till yesterday but today he again started with cold and cough. what should i do please suggest.

they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperaturde variations.
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.
when allergies arxe not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine
